Part of MONARC' incredible versatility and
usability can be attributed to the many little
details which have been engineering into the
system. Knowing each function and part would
have a substantial effect on the working habits
and abilities of MONARC owners, Tom McCauley
and the MONARC development team took great
care over-engineer even the most minute details
of the system.
In an ongoing effort to minimize the amount
of unnecessary hardware, the MONARC and M.LINE
ultra-lightweight fly bumper frame is designed
to also double as the base for groundstacking
applications. This system is built from high-grade
aircraft aluminum, making these bumper frames
strong enough to fly an stadium size rig,
yet light enough for a single man to manage.
Not stopping there , just by attaching a simple
castor accessory, fly-bumpers can be quickly
and toollessly converted into rolling carts...
giving operators the ability to castor and
transport both individual and preconfigured
groups arrays.
New in 2004, MONARC and M.LINE systems now
feature a redesigned quick-release grill,
especially engineered to provide rugged protection
while eliminating acoustical interference.
These grills use built-in cam-lock attachment
points to simplify the servicing of the internal
complement, so you never have to look around
for missing screws.
Also improved for 2004, each cell comes equipped
with a rugged, zero-effort castor system which
designed to release and attach from a MONARC
cell easily, without any extra parts or tools
to lose. Safety is important, new pin-locking
mechanisms assure that castor boards never
come loose or fall away. Also, once off-duty,
this ergonomic castor system will interlock
when stacked, so getting them together and
out of the way is always a snap.
All hardware travels with the system...
no parts-cases or tools to lose!
